timeTallyer Terms of Service
1. Agreement
By installing or using the timeTallyer browser extension, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, stop using the extension and uninstall it.
2. Description of Service
timeTallyer is a browser productivity tool focused on local web time tracking, focus mode, goals, export, automation, and local insights. In the current public build, these features run locally in the browser.
Support requests are sent externally only when you actively submit a ticket through the website or extension support form.
3. User Rights
- You may use the public features of the extension without creating an account
- You may pause tracking, adjust settings, clear data, export data, or uninstall at any time
- You control whether you submit a support ticket and what fields you type into it
4. User Conduct
- You must not use the extension for unlawful or harmful purposes
- You must not reverse engineer, redistribute, crack, or misuse the extension without authorization
- You must not use the extension to interfere with browsers, websites, or other software services
5. Feature Rules
- Tracking reads current page URLs and titles locally for timing, display, and focus controls
- It does not upload page body content, passwords, typed text, or file contents
- Support ticket data is used only for support handling and follow-up communication
6. Disclaimer
The extension is provided as-is. We do not guarantee flawless operation across every browser, device, operating system, or future browser update.
7. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, timeTallyer is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the extension.
