Understand how Genzy.io stores, processes and protects account data, uploaded assets and billing records.
Uploaded images are processed only to complete the requested cleanup task. We do not permanently store uploaded images. Uploaded source files and generated results are scheduled for deletion no later than the same day after processing. Please download and save your finished files promptly.
We may store your email address, Google sign-in identity, avatar, account ID, login timestamps and plan status so you can sign in, manage credits and access support.
We keep task logs without retaining the uploaded image itself, together with credit changes, subscription events, invoices and payment status, so we can provide account history, resolve support cases and prevent abuse.
We use hosting, authentication, payment and analytics providers only as needed to operate the service. We take reasonable steps to protect data in transit and at rest, but no online system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
If you contact support, we will use the details you provide to reply and resolve your request. You may also ask us to delete your account data where applicable, but you remain responsible for saving any processed results before deletion.
