Use Genzy.io only for files that you own or are authorized to edit. You are responsible for ensuring your uploads, prompts and outputs comply with copyright, trademark, privacy and other applicable laws.

Your content and processing rights
You retain ownership of your uploaded content. By using the service, you permit us and our processors to handle that content only as necessary to operate, secure and improve the requested workflow.
Storage, deletion and backups
Processed images are not intended to be permanent cloud storage. Files may be deleted no later than the same day after processing, and we may remove content earlier for operational reasons. You are responsible for downloading and backing up any result you want to keep.
Plans, credits and payments
Subscriptions, one-time purchases and free-trial credits are applied to the account that completes the transaction. Recurring plans renew by billing cycle unless cancelled. Used credits and completed processing are generally non-refundable except where required by law.
Availability and liability
We work to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, perfect output quality or suitability for every workflow. To the maximum extent permitted by law, users remain responsible for reviewing outputs before publishing or distributing them.
